RYAN FUGIT
Combat Veteran, Former CIA Officer
Ryan Fugit is a former CIA officer and proud combat gun pilot and Army veteran who’s traded global adventures and high-stakes missions for microphones and strategy sessions. These days, as his fellow aviators like to joke, he “flies a desk”—but he’s found a way to stay deeply connected to the people and the world he once served on the frontlines.
After years running intelligence and combat operations in some of the most volatile corners of the globe, Ryan launched Combat Story, a podcast with over 225,000 followers that shares raw, first-hand accounts from veterans and special operators. He’s since handed the microphone over to decorated combat veteran and Marine sniper AJ Pasciuti, so Ryan can focus on the next chapter.
That chapter is Restricted Handling, the show he co-founded with legendary CIA veteran Glenn Corn to deliver hard-hitting, insider analysis on international security, geopolitics, military and intelligence operations, and global economic flashpoints.
GLENN CORN
Retired CIA Senior Intelligence Service Officer
Glenn is a 35-year veteran of the national security and international affairs arena, with decades in the CIA’s Directorate of Operations, and multi-Chief of Station in some of the world's most significant hot spots.
A fluent Russian speaker with degrees in Russian Language and Studies and a graduate of the U.S. Army Russian Institute, he’s trained across intelligence, counterintelligence, leadership, and analysis with the CIA, DoD, and State Department. Over his career, Glenn briefed presidents, worked alongside foreign heads of state, and solved problems in high-stakes situations where failure wasn’t an option.
After retiring from the CIA in 2023, Glenn swapped classified cables for classrooms and conference stages, becoming a sought-after speaker and educator. He teaches at the Institute of World Politics, serves as a Visiting Fellow at George Mason University’s National Security Institute, and consults leaders across the globe. You can connect with Glenn and have him speak at your event at his Great South Bay consulting company.
