Method and limits

This is a selected public-record map, not a complete model of Iranian power. The base leadership roster was reviewed through 2 September 2026. Bazghandi and Jakki were added on 13 October 2026 from dated UK and U.S. records; this targeted update does not reverify every other officeholder. Each dossier retains its own record date.

Government-assessment links are distinct from formal offices and institutional ties. Sanctions descriptions and criminal allegations are attributed to their issuing authority, with dates and limits. They do not establish guilt, private closeness, collaboration between the two new individuals, or either man’s personal direction of the Fairford incident.

Public office does not establish personal control over every decision. Public meetings establish contact on a date. U.S. sanctions releases are presented as attributed government records, not as current audited ownership filings.

Every card already links to a dossier. Later source-led updates can revise a role, relationship, or limitation without rebuilding the chart.
